Lime Basil Vinaigrette |

| 1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Lime Basil, chopped 2 tbsp. Chives, chopped 1 shallot, minced 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/3 - 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar salt & freshly ground black pepper 1 cup extra virgin olive oil Mash together the garlic, basil, chives, and shallot until a paste is formed. Add to a food processor along with the mustard, vinegar, salt & pepper. Mix well. Slowly drizzle the oil in a steady stream while the processor is running until the ingredients are fully emulsified. *** Recipe courtesy of The Chefs Garden |
